Trail description
A 1.6 km walk through the Kilum-Ijim cloud forest to the shore of Lake Oku, a crater lake at 2,227 m on Mount Oku, up to 52 m deep and the only known home of the Lake Oku clawed frog. The lake fills an explosion crater from the last phase of the Oku massif and is the subject of many local myths.
