Trail description

A climb from the village of Zhelyava near Sofia on forest tracks and a marked path to Murgash (1687 m), the highest summit of the Murgash range of the Balkan. The upper slopes are open grassland with views over the Sofia valley to Vitosha and Rila. The Murgash hut stands just below the top.
