Trail description

A steady climb of about 1,000 m from Sang Choekor Buddhist College in the Paro valley through pine and rhododendron forest to Bumdra Monastery at about 3,800 m. The ascent takes six to seven hours and is normally done as a guided two or three day trek with a camp in the meadow below the monastery.
