Davis Falls Trail

Trail description

Davis Falls, about 150 m high and the second tallest waterfall in Belize, is reached from mile 14.5 of the Hummingbird Highway by a long, rough 4WD road through citrus orchards with river crossings, then on foot to a deep pool at the base. The footpath can be hard to find and many visitors end up walking up the rocky creek bed, so a local guide is recommended. An entry fee is charged, and the road can become impassable after heavy rain.
