Chandranath Temple Trail, Sitakunda

Trail description

A pilgrimage climb from Sitakunda town to the Chandranath Temple on top of Chandranath Hill, the highest point in Chattogram district. Sources give 1.5 to 2 hours up and about 45 minutes down; above the entrance the way splits into a gentler dirt trail and a very steep concrete staircase, which is slippery in the monsoon.
