Trail description

A stage of the Peaks of the Balkans trail from the remote hamlet of Çerem over high pastures and the Balqin ridge to the summer meadows of Dobërdol below the Gjeravica massif. The path climbs about 1,300 m in all through beech forest and over open grassland with wide views of the Albanian Alps. Part of the way runs on the Montenegrin side of the border, so the Peaks of the Balkans border permit is needed.
